Cancellation

Cancellations by customers to be advised by email. 
Full refund available for cancellations with 48 hours’ notice prior to date of rental period. Rescheduling can be made for up to 24 hours before the rental period. Any cancellations on the day of a scheduled booking or a no show will be forfeited.
Should we need to cancel your booking in the event of a national weather warning or unforeseen circumstances we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible. Customers may re schedule to another day/time or avail of a gift card should this suit or a full refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
